Netflix's upcoming web series Umbrella Academy Season 3 will star Elliott Page, who announced his divorce from Emma Portner earlier this year. Elliot Page posted a mirror selfie of himself on Twitter and wrote, "Oh good, my new phone works (sic)."

ELLIOT PAGE'S FANS AND FRIENDS REACT TO HIS POST

More than 1.8 million people have liked Elliot Page's selfie since it was posted, with many praising the actor's sculpted abs. Page, formerly known as Ellen Page, announced in December 2020 that he was transgender. During an interview, he said that his top surgery had been both "life-changing" and "life-saving".

Elliot Page's post was reacted to by fans and friends. Ashley Park replied to Ian Daniel's post with "Dammmnnn (sic)," using fire emojis. A user wrote, "ZING! So awesome, Elliott (sic)." 

ELLIOT PAGE OUTED HIMSELF AS TRANSGENDER IN DECEMBER

In December last year, Ellen Page, formerly known as Elliott Page, came out as transgender. She announced the news on social media.

"I want to let you know that I am transgender, I use he/they pronouns, and my name is Elliot. My gratitude for the incredible people who have supported me on this journey is overwhelming. I can't express how remarkable it feels to finally love and accept who I am enough to live my authentic life. I have been endlessly inspired by so many in the trans community. I would like to thank you for your courage, your generosity, and your unwavering efforts to make this world more inclusive and compassionate. 

The actor fears being trolled and said that his joy is real but fragile. He will continue to work for a more loving and equal world. As he said in the statement, "Despite feeling deeply happy right now and knowing how privileged I am, I'm also scared.". I am scared of the invasiveness, the hate, the "jokes", and the violence. I am not trying to dampen a joyful event and one that we should celebrate, but I want to address the full picture. The statistics are staggering. The discrimination against trans people is pervasive, insidious, and cruel, leading to horrific consequences," read a part of the 33-year-old actor's social media statement.

The best known of Elliott Page's roles are Juno, The Tracey Fragments, Whip It, Super, Inception, and Tallulah. For his role in Juno, he was nominated for an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, a Critics' Choice Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. The Umbrella Academy was the last Netflix web series he appeared in.
